The Summit has been created specifically for people and companies who have completed a facilitated Heartstyles experience.
A mountaineering expedition is a great metaphor for the Heartstyles journey of personal development. You will be guided on a quest of leaving behind some behaviours which do not serve you and replacing your old patterns with liberating new ways of behaving, both at work and at home.
The journey is based upon “crossing over” from a selected Below the Line (BTL) style and focusing on increasing an Above the Line (ATL) style of your choice. Along the way, you will be prompted to read and reflect upon progressively deeper subject matter and resources which have been tailored to your specific scenario.
You can repeat the process for as many style combinations as you like, and return to recap what you have learnt.
